Its free! You can’t argue with that. But, free doesn’t have to mean cheap or second rate. We want to be the biggest hunting and fishing service directory on the Internet. Why? Because the bigger, more complete, and more popular OutfitterSource.com becomes, the more traffic it will get. For outfitters and guides of every size, this is a huge benefit. Why be in a directory with 20 other services that might see 50 visitors to the entire site a month? And, if someone asked me to pay for that privilege, I’d have to tell them they’re nuts!

The devil is in the details. Most hunting and fishing directories have limited, if not outdated, information. We want OutfitterSource.com to be a home page away from home for every outfitter or guide in the directory. Long gone are the days when a simple listing with a name and a vague blurb about the business is going to connect visitors with a service. People are much too web savvy to pay attention to a bland listing like that. Visitors want to know what kind of hunting or fishing. Where is it on a map? What is the area like? Will my family and I find enough entertainment? What kind of accommodations are offered? What amenities will there be? Will there be Internet access, cell phone access, or a TV?
