The Upper Kenai River is one of the top 5 Rainbow Trout streams in Alaska making it a world class fishery. Several million salmon swarm upriver each year and the trout grow HUGE in this environment. Our drift boats take us to the best holes and runs. Part of the day is spent fishing from the boat, but we also hop out to work water from islands, gravel bars and in the back channels. The days are active & varied. We also have the chance to hook Sea Run Dolly Varden while trout fishing and many dates also allow us to target one or more species of salmon. Several crystal clear mountain streams in the area add more variety and our float plane takes us into the wilderness streams & lakes for a chance to see some incredible country, watch bears fishing along with us and to experience even more great fishing. Full service lodge packages include all meals, deluxe lodging with private bath, transportation to the lodge from Anchorage, use of rain gear & waders, all fishing gear and tackle, all licenses & tags, vacuum packing, freezing & boxing of your fish and experienced, professional guides.
