Policies

Ownership of materials

You (the "Client") own all recorded video, images, and audio. You may also request copies of all project documents created for the purposes of planning and execution of the project such as questionnaires, queue cards, storyboards, etc. We reserve the right to keep copies of project documents for our records.

Guarantee of Service

Summit Media Concepts LLC will make every effort to complete your project on time, within budget, and at your convenience.

This guarantee of service does not apply in the instance of an act of god. This includes, but is not limited to, weather, illness, and mechanical failures. Also, we cannot be responsible for the availability and cooperation of wildlife.

Project Changes

We understand that during the project there could be changes requested. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. However, if the new request incurs extra expenses, we will charge for those costs.

Accommodations

At minimum, we ask that you provide accommodations for the duration of filming at your location. As part of our services we will be writing about and promoting your business. In order for us to get the best experience from you business, we ask that we are given access to the same services, locations, and equipment as your usual visitors.
